Not from the area but needed a realtor to sell some vacant land for me. Randomly contacted/interviewed several realtors and Karan was professional from day one. (Simply, the others were not.) She patiently walked me through the process and handled ALL the details on my behalf. Given the type of property and then the unprecedented COVID situation, there was not a lot of activity during the listing period but she always stayed in touch and kept me up to date. When the right buyer came along, Karan was meticulous as she managed the details of the quick 14-day escrow. Everything went smoothly. I would very much recommend Karan Slobom from this experience.

Karan is Amazing, she's a 10 ! We got started selling our house with a different agent, they were terrible and tied up the sale of our house for 7 month and created a myriad of problems and mis-information. Karan came in and sold our house fast. She was there every step of the way; with open house and making sure everything was perfect.
